Every free asset on FreePixel — sprites, characters, tilesets, backgrounds, UI elements, and audio — is free to use in personal and commercial projects, including games you sell. No attribution is required, and there are no download limits, royalties, or fees.
Including assets inside a larger creative work — a game, video, or app — is always allowed; the restriction only covers redistributing the assets as assets.
Assets unlocked with credits carry the same license, granted to the account holder who unlocked them: free for personal and commercial use, no attribution required, no redistribution of raw files.

You may not resell or redistribute the raw asset files themselves (for example, re-uploading them as an asset pack), and you may not claim ownership of the original artwork. Using them inside a larger creative work such as a game is always fine.
